Anyone else have zero friends?

I'll say that up until I was 12 I was pretty social, after that something clicked and my whole personality changed. Now I can count my friends on one hand. As in I only have one friend group and that's it.
Recently it seems that one of the friends got ostracized because he got acquainted with the wrong people, did some bad things, and started gambling and borrowing money from friends and family.
Poor guy is clearly having a bad time, his parents got divorced, his sister is also hanging out with the wrong crowd, he is going to therapy and is having suicidal thoughts. He got completely booted from the group.
And the worst thing is that I'm in the same position as he, I trade (gamble) on the stock market, parents are divorced, sister is with the wrong crowd, I'm going to therapy soon and I'm having suicidal thoughts. I barely have anything in common anymore with my current friends since we finished high school, it's like their whole personality changed. I go to social events with them and I stand on the side doing nothing.
