ANY SUGGESTIONS?

My plan is pretty much set in place. Want to be sure I don't fuck it up so that's why I'm asking for any comments you may have. Going to the desert in my vehicle. I have a tent which I sill use. Have a little hibachi, lots of charcoal and lighter fluid. Just want to lay down and go to sleep. I've done lots of research and I believe I need to light the charcoal and wait until it turns white then go into the tent and close it up. No one will find me - I have no family and quite honestly no one gives a shit if I live or die so I guess I'm lucky. I want to do this right the first time. Any other suggestions. If I should not have posted this, I apologize.

Personally sounds like a shitty way to go assuming you could fight the urge to stay in the tent (maybe your plan is to seal it shut? I would prefer to drift off peacefully with a pharmacology approach but that's just me.

I'm pretty sure this is a great method. I get nervous of it, but I think it's painfree and quick. I get nervous of it because I don't know if I can handle the technology of it. But it's a great method!

So long as you have the right sized tent that is properly sealed up, hopefully you should succeed and I wish you luck with your attempt.

The type of tent you get can make a big difference between whether you succeed or not. Ideally you want a tent where the bottom is sewed onto the rest of the tent, as those kinds of tents are much easier to completely seal up.

To each his own but CO seems like a great method to me. A lot of people even ctb by accident this way.

Someone beat me to it but the thread posted above has some good information. The OP bought multiple tents and had a few attempts so it might save you some time getting everything right if you haven't already.
