Any recommendations for simple SN plan

I have the SN and the Dramidom (antiemetic) 50mg per pill. I don't have painkillers or anything else I might have some advil somewhere if not I get I can get it. Fasting is no problem I have practiced not eating for almost a day +
I just don't wanna do a 2 day long plan or something. Is it possible to start a day on an empty stomach and take the antiemetics a few times through out the day and then take the SN?

Sounds like it should be fine. The regimen is there to increase comfort and reduce risk of failure, but SN is a poison at the end of the day, it's likely to do its job regardless. Few antiemetics and your standard dose of SN and you should be just fine
