1. Fast for 4 hours
2. Test purity of sodium nitrite
   Add 0.1g of the SN powder to fresh blood, blood colour should change quickly within some seconds
3. Take 30 mg metoclopramide
4. Wait 1 hour.
5. Prepare two cups of 25 g sodium nitrite in 50 ml municipal tap water.
6. Drink the solution and relax on a bed, a couch, or a reclining chair.
7. If you vomit, take the second cup.

Should I add paracetamol to reduce potential pain?

I believe fasting longer is better at least 8 hours as recommended by multiple sources. Adding paracetamol shouldn't be too bad, if you can access benzo add that as well. As for antacid there are pros and cons. Pros: could potentially help with burning sensation after ingestion of SN (Suizident)
Cons: may prolong the time to unconciousness (Vizzy's SN bible)
