Any failures with proper SN technique?

I know there are known failures from SN, but do we know of any that had proper technique? Including:

48 hour meto regime and stat dose
Anti-acids
Empty stomach (8 hour fast)
Not calling an ambulance or someone intervening
20g of SN dissolved in 100ml of water

I sure hope the 48 hour + stat dose aren't necessary, because I don't tolerate meto at all. 100ml of water isn't a lot, and I can't imagine it tastes any worse than a colonoscopy prep (which you have to drink a gallon of). I also wonder how many benzos are recommended to help things along?

Dude I feel you on colonoscopy solution. It's THE WORST.

Take enough benzos to relax and make you drowsy. Make it easy to fall asleep so the SN can work.

From what I am reading, the only failures were with people who didn't take enough SN.

I think a very common mode of failure is being found/calling emergency. Some have used the meto correctly and have still thrown up. While others haven't used meto at all and have not thrown up. Some variables are unpredictable, but barring throwing up (in which case it could still work) or being found/calling emergency, the SN should do the trick.
