Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's honestly super easy to get. In the US, I went to urgent care and told them I had really bad nausea and my gag reflex was hypersensitive and I would gag and choke even when I brushed my teeth. I mean, this was what was happening to me and I wasn't even trying to get antiemetics or know about them. They were like ok, sending ondansetron to your pharmacy now. Now, whenever I ask my pharmacy for refill they just call up the doc and fill it right away. They sure are handy now.
