Discussion Antiemetic effectiveness concern, any thoughts?

So recently I've studied SN attempts and noticed there has been instances where the AE didn't work despite being taken at the right dose and before drinking the drink. Is there something an individual might have that weakens their effect? (not counting morphine or any external factor) Maybe it's strictly individual for each organism? What would happen if instead of 30mg lets say Metoclopramide i would slightly raise or double the dose? I'm worried it might not work and complicate things.

That's probably what it ultimately is. I'm nervous about vomiting too. It's so unnerving when you finally try to die. Too bad your body can't get in line.

I'm also worried about vomiting, but I would try sticking with the recommended dosage in the pph
