im coming up on the anniversary of (tw sa)
and im really struggling. i know the ptsd symptoms will get worse till the winter holidays and im not excited. its hard to look forward to anything when im coping with feeling his hand on my shoulder even when Im alone and knowing the flashbacks get worse
