A couple questions. There are a couple ways to look at depression, but here's a basic one.
Do you have any trouble sleeping at all? Or possibly sleep too much?
Have you lost interest in doing things, or are things that you used to like to do less fun?
Do you blame yourself for things a lot or feel worthless?
How has your energy level been? Have you been feeling tired?
Have you been able to concentrate well recently?
Has anyone described your movements to be weirdly slow for no reason?
Have you felt like you wanted to ctb?
Actual doctors weave these in better, but it's a bit awkward in a forum rather than a 30 min convo. There are other methods to look at it such as screening questionnaires.
