So I've discovered that your body loses electrolytes quickly when you sweat. Tho sodium is lost much more quickly than potassium, and low sodium has worse symptoms. My idea is to consume extremely low calories (150) from protein powder which is only 250mg of potassium per day, but supplement with pure salt (sodium) and drinking water normally. Walk a lot every day, take hot showers (in order to sweat), so in other words, make my potassium levels drop so low that I get cardiac arrest. I know hypokalemia can also lead to respiratory paralysis, which might hurt, but honestly I'll take that if it happens. Low sodium is a lot worse cause your organs may swell up, so I'll try to keep sodium at normal levels.
From everything I've read, the body is extremely good at keeping potassium high enough to make you live, but low enough to not kill you. However, I still believe there must be some way to hack biology... It sounds delusional but I must try cause I really hate myself. I'll also use multivitamins to avoid other side effects.
I doubt permanent damage will happen if I fail tho, cause people literally water fast for weeks with no issues and no supplement.
