Method Advice on my method (SN)

I can't access Meto and Domperidon. Is there any alternative for it? Also I'm not sure on the dosage amounts that I need to take for each step below. I just need advice on my method.

antacid - 2x 200mg tagamet / milk of magnesia
antiemetic - 2x 50mg dramamine / emetrol
painkiller - 2x 500mg acetaminophen
SN - 3x 25g in 50ml water

-Fast from food & liquid for 12 hrs.
-1 hour prior take 2x 500mg acetaminophen
-35 minutes prior Take 800 mg Tagamet & 50 mg Dramamine [?]
-30 mins later, 25g SN dissolved in 50 ml water
