• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Anyone here know any cost efficient ways to get tests for ADHD and other related conditions.
I'm getting tired of not being able to sit down and work on homework and studying because of fear. Affecting my grades and therefore my mental health mightily.

My university had a testing scheme. Maybe ask your uni/college if they have one, mine didn't advertise it - I found out on the website. I don't know which country you're from but in England you can get it on the NHS for free the first time.

I'm in the US but maybe I can ask the medical clinic on campus if they can locate an affordable psych to test me.

hey op i unfortunately cant advice you on how to get tested for ADHD because im not from US. but i think it is a really good decision to get yourself diagnosed. you could get therapy and learn useful techniques to mediate against unwanted character traits. wishing you all the best

oh oh I can help! I got tested by my previous psychiatrist after mentioning problems with concentration. Tell your psychiatrist you want to get tested, they should help.
