Not everyone has a good life. Some people get born into shitty unfortunate circumstances that can't be fixed.

You are not helping. People have the right to bodily autonomy, people have the right to end their lives if they choose.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Some people genuinely have no idea what it means to live a life shaped by chronic pain, abuse, poverty, or sheer exhaustion — and yet they still feel entitled to tell others how to carry it, or worse, that they must carry it indefinitely.

Bodily autonomy isn't conditional. You don't lose your right to choose just because your choice makes others uncomfortable. No one gets to play the hero by forcefully keeping someone alive in misery. It's not heartless to want peace. What's heartless is denying someone dignity because you don't understand their suffering.

Exactly! Thanks for saying this. I have chronic pain and illnesses and wish euthanasia was accessible to me. But, it's not. :/ So fuck off you know?

this is the nuance that most people don't get. not everyone is destined to 'live happily ever after', as it were. indeed, many people suffer their entire lives, without relief, because of circumstance (reasons @gothbird stated).

Though i'd add it's make believe good guy behavior.
Not wanting or able to understand that they are pretending to do the god/hero thing, pretending to save a life.
Which is in reality, torturing others so they can satisfy their selfish behavior and meddlesome ego.
Ill say it like this, i wish for them the same as for what they do to others.
