This is the most awful feeling not wanting to die but being forced due to external circumstances that we do not have influence on them. I can relate.

Just for information for those outwith the UK, I believe the context for this is a unanimous decision by the 5 UK Supreme Court Judges that the Equalities Act refers to "Biological Women" in its' intended definition of what a "Woman" is. This was a case brought by the Scottish Devolved Administration who maintained that a "Biological Male" who self identified as a "Woman" would be regarded as such, with full access to protected female only spaces, participating in sports etc.
I post this purely as information for members outwith the UK so you can understand what a far reaching and emotive judgement this is for both Trans and Hetero women. And I'm expressing no personal view regarding the ruling. As a hetero male I'm in no position to make any informed comment.

Party balloon type canisters are fiddly to setup and as someone said, are not guranteed to be pure helium. You might just end up with a raging headache. I recommend Nitrogen which cannot be adulterated with enough oxygen to supply a human without losing all benefits for it's intended function.

I'd read the available resources on this method and take your time to set it all up properly, as you do not want to go wrong here (in the worst case, surviving with brain damage is possible). If you don't feel currently in the state of mind to do this in a rational and organized way, I would wait a bit first. Best of luck.

Yeah im intersex I was born with a vagina and womb but nah dog im now legally erased and have to carry my GRC like a fucking Jude badge. The suicide attempt failed because my fiancee intervened. I took a lot of pills and drank a lot and I messaged a suicide line literally minutes after the ruling and the woman said "accept the facts and deal with it come back later if you want to talk about it more" and ended the chat line.

I woke up and after 3 hours it's not a nightmare it's real and this is the reality we live in, fascist America and the most phobic hateful Black shirt British on the side….

Sorry, my mistake. I apologise. I assumed from your original post that you were trans. I see that you clarified the situation in a subsequent post.
But I stand by the point that I was trying to make. When something is wrong with the world, it seems to me preferable to try to make things better than to just give up. You can't think only of youself. You must think of all those other people - some of whom will be in a more difficult situation than yourself - who you can help by resisting.
There are more intersex people in the world than trans people. If you get organized, you will be able to achieve a lot.

I just find it strange since you seem to have female reproductive organs developed enough to be noticeable and/or detectable (I'm assuming based on one of your comments). Is there a way to run more tests? Maybe you could get another doctors opinion? Start a case to have it changed backed by biological evidence?

I'm just throwing some ideas, I do think it would be possible to do this if you have the right support even with the new ruling.

I understand. I have done the same: fighting for over half a century to try to make the world a better place for others. In all that time, I have got thanks from precisely 2 people. (And one of those was not even part of the group I was fighting for, though her daughter was.) I have paid quite a high price for it too. But we can not think only of ourselves. So long as we have the strength to do it, we must think of others.
I realise that you may have come to the end of your strength. If you decide that catching the bus is the only reasonable way forward, I wish you peace. We all have our limits.
If you can find the strength to continue fighting, remember that it's people who don't give up when all seems lost who can sometimes change the world. Think of Nelson Mandela. He had every reason to give up. But somehow he found the strength to carry on fighting.
