For starters I do not recommend anyone to do this, I did this just as a test. I know vsed (or vsd only in this case) is a non-method that shouldn't be attempted but in my very personal mindframe, I wanted to at least get a prelude of what it feels like just in case one day I'm forced to attempt it.
I only did 24 hours of no water but I did eat food, the first noticeable effect is the fatigue and the weakness of your muscles, I even did a bodyweight work out and I was at maybe 50% of my actual strenght. It becomes hard to speak, your legs start to hurt, you have to constantly lay down, it's very hard to stay standing up.
I was far hungrier than usual. Strong thirst came and went, but after a while it doesnt bother you as much. My mind became very slow and I could only focus on doing one thing at a time. The fatigue was so bad that I could've gone to sleep way earlier than my normal schedule, then a few minutes before the 24 hours mark I drank a glass of water, I wouldn't say the effects are gone yet but my mind regained focus almost immediately, but the physical effects remain for now.
Another couple of effects I felt but to a lesser extent were: mild difficulty breathing, specially during the work out, and mild difficulty swallowing (this one showed up early but not later for some reason)
When I drank water again, I had some weird feeling in the inside of my mouth, like a tickling feeling on my cheek's nerves.
That is all for now, I guess I just wanted to try this out, I know this is way far from what day 2 and beyond might feel like since that's already death territory, and I didn't wanna push it to near death or permanent damage territory if i wasnt gonna be able to commit anyway. It feels like I died and came back
