For starters I do not recommend anyone to do this, I did this just as a test. I know vsed (or vsd only in this case) is a non-method that shouldn't be attempted but in my very personal mindframe, I wanted to at least get a prelude of what it feels like just in case one day I'm forced to attempt it.

I only did 24 hours of no water but I did eat food, the first noticeable effect is the fatigue and the weakness of your muscles, I even did a bodyweight work out and I was at maybe 50% of my actual strenght. It becomes hard to speak, your legs start to hurt, you have to constantly lay down, it's very hard to stay standing up.

I was far hungrier than usual. Strong thirst came and went, but after a while it doesnt bother you as much. My mind became very slow and I could only focus on doing one thing at a time. The fatigue was so bad that I could've gone to sleep way earlier than my normal schedule, then a few minutes before the 24 hours mark I drank a glass of water, I wouldn't say the effects are gone yet but my mind regained focus almost immediately, but the physical effects remain for now.

Another couple of effects I felt but to a lesser extent were: mild difficulty breathing, specially during the work out, and mild difficulty swallowing (this one showed up early but not later for some reason)
When I drank water again, I had some weird feeling in the inside of my mouth, like a tickling feeling on my cheek's nerves.

That is all for now, I guess I just wanted to try this out, I know this is way far from what day 2 and beyond might feel like since that's already death territory, and I didn't wanna push it to near death or permanent damage territory if i wasnt gonna be able to commit anyway. It feels like I died and came back

I'm also doing this until death. But no food instead. Water is extremely painful not to drink for me. I have the willpower because I have nothing left

It took about 5 days of no water before I started feeling week, but by then I had not eaten for about 4 weeks. Hard to say which caused the weakness the most at that point... but a little over a week later, with limited water (couple of cups a day) I reached a breaking point where I was just passing out in my chair and waking up in the floor, sometimes injured.

Like I woke up in the floor with dried blood on my hand from a head injury... which meant I fell, cut myself, bled, and the blood dried BEFORE I woke up again to notice. So I was unconscious for a bit is what I'm saying.

But a few days of no food and water? I didn't even notice any effects at that point. Every person is different, though.

Nope. When I first ran out of food, I still had bottled water... but that ran out. The 5 days I had literally no water at all, I had no food either and nothing else to drink. Then I started having a couple of cups of water, whatever I could collect out of the trickle still coming through my disconnected water line... but that was all I was getting.

Oh no I cannot. I'm broke now and luckily I have free energy and water as I'm close to a library if I ever need stuff. But I've been on the homeless "list" for like 6 to 9 months and 0 response. It's weird.

The thing is this might actually happen to me, because one day i'd fo blind and all my siblings are 10+ years older than me. Both my parents are 40 year old when I was born I live in a developing country where services kinda suck so I don't think people will get water for me, except maybe my niece. Hopefully if it ever comes to this the pain won't be too bad. I have access to SN but after watching video of people CTBing from it IDK if i have the courage esp since i dont have much sedatives.
