So I got 10mm braided poly rope, it said it can stand 1000kg.
Will it stand 70kg long drop?
Does anyone have sources on this topic?

for long drop high tensile strength and a bit of stretch is a good thing. your rope is >10x your weight and as it is poly it can stretch a little bit. get hangman knot and proper height right.
hanging megathread has more details. I recommend reading that megathread in full.
