I have still an unopened bottle of 100ml butanediol, bought on eBay in 2018 after it was a shortly hyped on here. Shelf life is approx 2 years, so might be expired soon. Haven't used it yet as I want to be 99% sure of the method I choose.

In the US, it appears so. In doing further research, it seems people were using this recreationally. It seems that it's only been removed from commercial marketplaces within the past couple of weeks. So had I found this three weeks ago, I would have been able to purchase it. Which is typical of my luck lol. Disappointing.

What a bad luck. With N happened to me something similar. The seller stopped working with it a week ago. Now 1,4b...

So is it no way of purchasing it online?

I don't get how you could ctb with this stuff, I mean it relaxes both your bowels & sphincters. Even a little bit made me nauseous and caused diarhea. I really like to know what magical pill could prevent this...

Well... being that 1,4 BDO metabolozes in ways similar to alcohol, producing aldehydes, we'll need something that would block the toxic effects of alcohol, which would be L-Cysteine.

It would ease the former to a degree. Otherwise, consider scopolamine (found in datura inoxia or brugmansia seeds).

GHB is the best way IMO. I was drugged with it about 15 years ago when it was easy to get. I had 3 alcohol drinks first and drank 16 ounces of that not knowing what it was. I woke up in a hospital ICU. It put me in a coma and I had to be resuscitated. My clothes were dripping with water like I'd gone swimming. I blacked out so fast after I started laughing for no reason. Zero discomfort or pain. Zero memory besides what I wrote. Enough GHB you go really fast.

Hey! Just for anyone interested in this method: I attempted 2,5 years ago with 75ml 1,4 Bd (female, 1,73m/5'8) and obviously failed; you can find a few of my posts in this thread. Shortly after taking it, I began feeling really dizzy and my legs got all wobbly. I laid down and after some time (I honestly can't say how much, but it can't have been long) I just got more and more tired. There was no pain or discomfort, just the dizziness. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep, but I don't remember anything from this point on. According to the doctors a family member (who wasn't supposed to be home yet ahhhh) found me on the bathroom floor, completely passed out and called emergency services. I was in a coma for 2 weeks and had multiple lung surgeries. Apparently my body tried to vomit it up, but couldn't since I was passed out, and it entered my respiratory tract and severely damaged my lungs. EMS (unfortunately) showed up on time and like I said I don't remember anything that happened after falling asleep and everything occurring after waking up in the hospital and the weeks after are quite foggy, so there is not much I can tell. A tracheostoma was cut and I received mechanical ventilation. The doctors said it was a 'miracle' that I a) survived and b) did not suffer from any brain damage. My lungs made a nearly full recovery, but as a result of either the butanediol or the meds, I completely lost my hearing in my left ear.
I just want anyone thinking about going out this way to know exactly what could happen. For someone who survived I got very lucky: except my hearing everything is still intact, but like mentioned above if you take it and don't Ctb you'll might have to live with lasting damages, perhaps even brain damage.

Because of personal circumstances I'm back on here again and went through my past content and this thread came up, and it just felt wrong leaving it as it was. Hm. How did you have vomit in your lungs so much so that they were damaged yet you didn't asphyxiate?

Yeah, no idea, certainly wish I did. Probably the last person to ask for any details :/ Everything I know is just from what the doctors told me and the report I got when I was released. The only thing I still remember are some really bizarre dreams I had while waking from the coma and that's basically it. I know I was hooked up on a ECMO and that obviously the substances must have been removed from my lungs somehow. I suffered from what is called a pneumothorax and one other lung condition, which had to be operated on. At the time not even the doctors believed I could make it, but I did, and I feel bad for having received this whole new go at life only to end up here again.

I just went on Amazon and I think they stop selling 1,4 butanediol. I live in the U.S. and trying to find a way to ctb by falling asleep and never waking up.

Hoping it's still alright to post in this thread it's just that in the main suicide discussion thread no one seems to be knowledgeable about butanediol.

So I've got somewhere around 400 mL of 1,4-butanediol and ~2 grams (maybe a lil less now) of a morphine potency opioid called 2-MAP237. This opioid is what one would call a designer drug. I've got a fair tolerance to both of these drugs to the point where I need 3.5-4 mL of 1,4bdo to get properly high and ~300mg of 2map. I'm hoping though that the combination of the two and the ultra dosages will cut through this tolerance sufficiently. I've read of a tolerance as high as 1 gram a day for 2map. However, I'd be shooting for >2 grams rectally in a short time frame so I feel a fatal overdose would be within reason for me.

I was thinking of dosing 100-200 mL of 1,4bdo orally. Then dosing >1 gram of the opioid rectally. (Or the max amount of the drug I can get to dissolve in an ~4-5 mL of water in an oral syringe.) I'll repeatedly dose the max rectal amount of the opioid until I inevitably pass out from the 1,4bdo.

The only thing that concerns me is the forced vomiting from megadosing the bdo and an opioid. I chose to take the opioid rectally to avoid further nausea from both the drugs hitting my stomach in the same time frame and puking up both in an endless fashion.

As far as antiemetics go, I have 16x 8mg Zofran (ondandetron) pills. However I'm not entirely sure how much to take and when. I was thinking maybe take 4 of them an hour to 2 hours before hand? Not too familiar with its metabolic timeframe and if uncomfortable affects occur at high doses or what a solid dose to prevent vomiting is. Maybe you guys could help? I don't have any metoclopramide. Although I've read discussion here that points to that being the antiemetic of choice here. Could anyone care to explain why? Will Zofran still fit the bill?

I could also acquire Xanax in a very short time frame and have 40x 500mg Soma (carisoprodol) on the way I could throw in the mix for a more assured respiratory depression.

I've read Soma and an opioid can provide a very likely OD. I'm wondering if I should just stack a small dose of xanax, a medium-high dose of butanediol, high dose of opioid, and 16mg of zofran an hour before. I could get metoclopramide as I found a source, but I'm not sure how long shipping would take and don't know if I'd even need it with how likely of a fatal OD this would be.

I'm new to the site. I have used 1,4 Butanediol many times in order to get the effects of GHB. Several times I've used more than I should and I can tell you that you simply fall asleep; there's no pain involved. The taste is bad, but you can easily mask it with gatorade or any soft drink.

I am new to the site and just saw your post. I know a guy who had a very similar experience. he ingested 3 ounces of GHB. Cleaning personnel that weren't supposed to come to his house found him prolly minutes into his coma and got him rushed to the ER. He was in the hospital for 2 or 3 weeks but made a full recovery. The idea behind dying under te effects of GHB is that your body eventually stops breathing. But don't let them find you. I've thought about a large enough dose and a hotel room with the do not disturb sign.

I haven't read this whole thread, but I would be very surprised if either GHB or 1.4 BUT would be an effective way to CTB by themselves without contributory meds.

I started out taking GHB when it was still legal (you could buy it at GNC) in the late 1980's, and when it was gray market in the 1990's, and later when both were illegal in the 2000's. Real GHB (salty) made me sleep, period, and wake up refreshed depending on dose.

1,4 butanediol (medicine taste) made me pass out, black out to the point of incoherent screaming and pissing myself without any memory later, or any ill effects other than hangover.

I've taken a lot of both, and I'm still here to write this, so would not depend on this method unless you are combining it with a lot of something else (alcohol, benzos, opiates, etc.)

Yes, I did purchase it on Amazon. ~$47. I'm not planning to use the 1,4 recreationally, but I like having it on hand in case my first option doesn't come through (N from A).

I am planning to ctb, probably towards the end of this month depending on when I get ahold of my N. It was supposed to have shipped recently, so I'm hoping I don't have to wait the many weeks that others have. Working on wrapping up logistical stuff like an official will and unofficial DNR in case someone finds me in the meantime, then once I get my N I'm planning to take a short vacation before coming back and ctb. Fingers crossed it all works out!

I have taken it recreationally in the past and overdosed a few times when I combined with alcohol/benzos. Woke up in the ER with no issue besides seizures. I think for a fatal overdose, a lot more than 50mL is needed and combined with a lot of benzos, alcohol or opiates.

If we're honest we won't know until someone tests and livestreams the event. Even if a newspaper should report of such a case it's highly unlikely they'll mention how nice the death was..

I've literally died from this drug before vl( very peaceful) and will be doing so again very soon I would love to set up stream so you guys can see how effective it is.

I'm in canada but I found one on etsy and i'm pretty sure it sells to the US.

Here's one I found just by looking up 1,4-butanediol on etsy, and this one is the version I ordered- it should be arriving soon so I can tell you if it's good quality when it gets here. Hope this helps!
