Hi, I tried to kill ms before. Im takin benzo for as long as i can rember.

Im too tired again.
My "friend" gave me 200 mg of zolpie. I have a lot of xanax.
I need to know, how much i need. I just can't let myself repet my mistakes. I need to end it all now.

Pls, help.
