There's not much information with Zofran + SN and afraid something could go wrong if i take both.
Does anyone know if its okay to mix both or am i overthinking
This is just my experience but Zofran doesn't work that well for me. It works when I have mild nausea, but when I have severe nausea, I still end up vomiting. I was initially planning on saving up my Zofran stock for ctb but since it's not very effective for me, I used it up for mild nausea and I'm planning to get some meto or domperidone for ctb from an online pharmacy.

The PPeH recommends ondansentron (Zofran) as an antiemetic in general, at a dosage of 40 mg (5 tablets of 8 mg) taken one hour before ingesting a lethal drug or drug mixture.
However, it is almost always associated with a large dose of metoclopramide, preferably, or domperidone because unlike these two antiemetics, it does not accelerate the absorption of drugs (it does not act on dopamine receptors so it does not have a prokinetic effect on gastric motility).
When associated with metoclopramide, the usual dosage is 8 mg ondansentron + 30 mg metoclopramide 45 to 60 minutes ahead of time.
The American Clinicians' Academy for Medical Aid in Dying recommends 8 mg ondansetron + 20 mg metoclopramide at least 30 minutes before their 5 drug mixture (DDMAPh).
Warning: at high doses, ondansentron may cause serotonin syndrome and/or long QT syndrome. Make sure you at least tolerate smaller doses if you plan on taking 40 mg.
