Help Your tips on how not to be found (SN)

I will be CTBing (SN) in a small room and there might be guys in the adjacent room. The walls are rather thin.

So far I've got this:

• locking up the door
• closing the windows
• closing the curtains
• PC and phone turned off
• mattress on the floor in case I fall down from the bed

I would be grateful for your other tips on how not to be found, due to the possible noise and other complications.

you can put an adhesive tape or a small ball of cloth in your mouth to avoid making involuntary noises (coughing, gasping).

You could do it outdoors - in a forest, for example, where no one is around, by preparing your SN drinks in one or more vitamin pill tubes, like this one:

It's awful to say this but during the SN method one tends to gasp for air so you will probably involuntarily use your mouth to do so and could unfortunately asphyxiate with whatever is in your mouth. Unfortunately, thin walls mean someone could hear- there's not much you can do about that. I am in the same position; hence I am going to an airbnb. It's unfortunate because I then have to set a specific date which is kind of scary. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help x

It can take about 20 minutes to reach unconsciousness. The bit before that can include gasping for air and some groaning. I'm willing to put up with that, but not failure. If people hear; it can mean a trip to the psych ward and it would be so much harder to find means to try again. So I'm avoiding that at all costs by doing it in an airbnb situation. I wish you the best x

And Yes it is different for everyone there was a thread which recently popped I looked at it and some of the attempts were documented I think I was reading about moonicide and they said maybe what happened to her was agonal respiration (could be concious could be unconcious or feel what is happening even while being sedated) or death rattle(when near death) and what happens in agonal respiration is worth reading I think even the doctors can't get the situation under control even after administrating morphine and your body keeps convulsing and they have to hasten the process. They have the right to when someone is surely going in hospital they can hasten the process and their families have to witness it. Not scaremongering but I am telling what I read and I also read people who hav breathing difficulties or asthama have a high chance of getting that way after taking SN. I don't have asthma but I am claustrophobic and have breathing difficulties when I am surrounded by something so I think gasping would be different or maybe bad but who knows what will happen to an individual after taking it because it's different for every person. Some don't even feel uneasy it's completely peaceful some have pain and some gasp but no-one knows if the person is concious when the death rattle takes place but they claimed they maybe when agonal respiration takes place and maybe they could feel it even while half unconcious.

And gasping because secretion of saliva increases and you choke on it or something I don't remember properly but it's gasping not suffocating you are probably right. If you have learn about it then let me know too but the secretion of saliva increases and groaning maybe from that and in the end while unconcious and maybe your muscles are not under control anymore so you can't swallow or anything but suffocating is believed to not be a symptom of hypoxia. That's the difference between hypoxia and asphyxia? There would be less supply of oxygen to tissues not choking or the any obstruction in the air passage so you can breath but your body grows weak and you gasp in response to that as cells fight for more oxygen but not suffocate I thought so too but don't know why suffocation can sometimes happen maybe I don't remember but this should be the reasons behind it. So you are going to breathe heavily because of less oxygen but it doesn't mean your sir passage is blocked so you probably won't feel what you feel in suspension.

On the other hand, CTBing without a specific date is much less likely to be successful

I feel like inside is my way to go, I don't feel comfortable with outdoors somehow. Also, I want to have all the stuff next to me, such as letters, memory items, my sports equipment etc.

I'm living with my parents. They never come into my room without my permission but I'm considering a hotel room anyway to ensure I'm not to disturbed even when I start making funny noises...

Emts are still likely to try the antidote for sn, since they know how common this has become- I doubt if they would be that easily fooled- it's maybe worth a try.

It is known that people sometimes vomit loudly after p0assing out with this method, and this sometimes leads to rescue. WIth people in the next room this is an issue. If you have all the meds- beta blocker, antiemitic,, benzos(especially for passing out more quickly, but the toughest meds to get), and a pain relievers, it can help your chances, though I think it is a high risk for being discovered with people in the next room.

Painkillers are important because without them people sometimes get such bad headaches that they end up calling for help. Many people who have successfully ctb'd did use painkillers.

No, not how long it can be contained and potent in storage after being mixed, but there's probably no harm in keeping the mixed SN in a vitamin pill tube for a couple of hours while getting to your intended destination.

I have a similar concern, from inside the house I can hear my neighbors voices when they talk outside, makes me worry about alerting them if I were to make a noise or vomit, or possibly call for help if I panick.
