I agree with that. I would love to take someone's aggressive terminal illness away from them. It would be miserable, but at least there would be an end in sight. The less time there is to live, the better. Then the person who wants to live can have my good physical health.

I myself don't suffer from depression or am not really suicidal (meaning having suicidal thoughts - i just want to casually stop existing, make sense?), but honestly those empty, generalised, mostly unsubstantial phrases are getting on my nerves so much i'm sure if i was in some emotional trauma etc. wanting to kill myself, but needing an impulse to do it - having some of them said (especially without understanding for me or even trying to do so) to me would do the job.
I've heard those phrases thrown around so passionlessly like they were some proverbs...
Now as for them, the "best" one i've heard is this, hold on tight to something, cause this one is going to stun you, ready? *drumroll*

It's the most stupid platitude because it's not even wrong : the problem may be considered temporary as in "life is temporary", but a permanent solution is exactly what we want lol.

it only shows how unfair the world is. We want to die but have to live. Other people want to live and we have to die. Shit this world is cruel, especially people that do not acvept the death wish of others

Yet lower are people trying to downgrade (for lack of a better word, you know what i mean) one's "not physical suffering" by juxtaposing it with being damaged physically as if it was necessarily always so much worse that it should make you happy you only have "some mental problems". They are trying to make comparisons not knowing both elements they are comparing...
And also i'm aware of a situation where a person as advice for an obviously (clinically) depressed one recommended to stop worrying.
Get it? Is' so simple. It's basically:

I hate how people say "suicide is not an option!" No, suicide is always an option, it may not be the best option in the moment, but once you've had a few too many "moments", it becomes pretty clear that suicide is the only option.
By moments I mean being emotionally abused by someone, then having the same people tell you to "get over it" or "you're just sad, cheer up" and stuff like that because they fail to see what they've done to you.
