If you can't do a will because of time and the bank will try to take all your money for debts after you die. Can you just send a money order for $5-6,000 that same day to be delivered a couple days later to your sisters family from your account? Or is there a better way? Still without a "will and testament" or much time. Maybe gift debit cards? Only found ones that go to $250. I'm in Colorado in the US.
