There's a whole treasure trove of analogues and synthesised opioids now that don't respond to the usual doses of nalaxone. It's crazy. I'm tempted to post a link to a websotre that lists loads of them but don't want to inadvertently break the no source links rule. Instead I'll just list a few and anyone interested can web search them for info.....

Couple of obvious starters:
Sufentanil & Carfentanil

U47700 (pink)
Isotonitazene
Etonetazene
2F-Viminol
Cordova
Butanetazene
Etonetazepyne

.. Etc etc

Some of the spellings are probably incorrect and if you go looking you'll find there's a load of different ones with very slight spelling differences relative to their synthesis and compound. It's crazy that these things exist and honestly I don't think they's even be a thing if it wasn't for the war on drugs. Whilst I understand and appreciate the need for responsible regulation there comes a point where you have to admit that you're making thigs worse and decide on the lesser evil. There's so much money tied up in it though that LE around the world have become reliant on the funding that comes from aquisition of assets and cash from the drug trade. In fact LE would still be using outdated kit rather than the ultra spec tech they're adorned with now. Some may even remember a point where local PD's suddenly stepped out of the dark ages and became seemingly richly funded over night. Its happened all over the world but perhaps can be seen most notably in small towns of the US. All sorts of tactical kit and unnecessary military gadgets became the norm with no apparent change in funding from the government's. So now they're essentially in partnership with the crime and criminals they're employed to take down. Be too effective and the funding stops. So what's the logical move? Take your fill of water but always leave enough for the stream to keep flowing in.
