I'm sorry to say this, but It might be better for you to find an alternative if it's really not working instead of forcing it...Even practice can cause some damage, and failed attempts moreso. Some methods might just not work for some people, everyone's bodies are different, that spot to induce unconsciousness are harder to reach for some.
