Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

1You only have one life 2People will think you deserved to die because you killed yourself 3Suicide does not take away the pain, it gives it to someone else 4Somebody might need you 5You'll miss out on all the great, positive things about life 6You will go to hell 7It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem 8It will affect the lives of others 9You're never going to get to do what you've always wanted to do 10You will break your parents' hearts 11You won't go to heaven 12People will miss you 13Somebody will always love you 14The bad people will win 15You're not the only one who has a difficult or depressing life 16Suicide is not always effective 17Funeral costs 18The good in the world will always outweigh the bad, even if it seems like the opposite 19It's not worth it 20They were born for a reason 21Everybody matters 22Your life is valuable 23Everyone is special In their own ways, so are you 24You're never get to grow up 25Not everyone is mean
Can we pick our favourite? Mine is no.17 Funeral costs...
Why? Does it cost more for a suicide than a plain old regular death? Mine's likely going to be less... Pre-paid cremation- off the slab and into the oven.
By then- in theory, there would be no one left who I suspect would want to travel hundreds of miles to hear that only those who believe in Jesus get in to heaven. I'm waiting for my Dad to go first- it would upset him if I denied him a final goodbye. I'm hoping everyone else (now VERY distant friends and relatives) will much prefer the money and they can remember me however they want.
A lot of the comments there sound like the type of things that non suicidal people would say when they are trying to guilt trip someone suicidal into staying here against their wishes. But those comments certainly are nonsensical to me and embarrassing. I cannot really take them seriously, but for people to seriously believe in things like that then they must be delusional as to the cruel reality of this existence and all of the endless suffering that continues to exist.

It's so hard to pick a favorite… possibly #13, "Someone will always love you."
Yes, don't commit suicide, because if you do, then someone will always love you. But if you wait patiently for God to kill you, like a good little child, then no one will love you anymore and you'll be allowed to die.
WTF, who wrote this? Somebody get 988 calls routed to their phone, because they're clearly hotline operator material.

So many of these involve guilt tripping! Fun! And the ones that aren't are either repetitive and borderline nonsensical, or presumptively religious.
Lists like this one where it's clear someone had to really wrack their brains for hollow reasons to live frustrate me so much.
Like, sometimes you can tell the lists are heartfelt and even though you can't relate, they truly meant well. But lists like this one always prioritize "life" as a nebulous, honorable concept rather than the individual they're trying to comfort. It's deeply condescending.
