Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Would you survive SN if it moves through your system too slowly?

If you had gastroparesis or something similar, could it move through your body so slow that you survive it? I don't know what exactly my situation is, but I heard this would be the case and I'm concerned about it.
You will pass out slower than others and have a higher possibility of vomiting out more than you should, but the backup cups are useful for that. You could be equally successful, but you will possibly have a harder time.
It would just take longer. But yeah antiemetics (especially meto because it has a stomach emptying function so the SN gets absorbed more quickly) and antacid are really helpful in your case.

Antacids are recommended, because stomach acid can convert SN into other things (one of them can burn your stomach and cause a lot of pain), thus less of it will be in your intestines. Metoclopramide is preferred for quicker absorption and anti-vomiting effects.
I had some side effects on 5mg meto, so I wanna do the stat dose so it's not in my system for so long. But if stuff moves through me slowly, it might be more beneficial to do the 48 hour reigmen...

Ohh, I'm sorry to hear that... 5mg of meto is half a pill... You might want to reconsider and choose another method because you seem to have many problems with the SN method...

Does anyone think I'm more susceptible to getting more serious side effects on 30mg if I had some light ones on 5mg? It was just a weird feeling in my arm and leg that I can't really describe, but it wasn't hard to move or painful.

I don't think it's like food, where nutrients are slowly absorbed as it passes through you. I think as soon as it hits your stomach it gets in there and starts it's job. People lose consciousness within minutes usually.
I don't know how exactly it would affect you, just saying what I've noticed on this forum as others drank it.

If you have gastroparesis or you are a slow metaboliser in regards to medication then I would prepare to suffer if you ingest SN. That's the reality. I have lots of experience working with people with gastrointestinal conditions.

Because it wouldn't metabolise the same. It would be much slower and it would cause a lot of stomach issues. I would imagine there would be a lot of pain. Even if you took meto, it does not work for everyone with gastroparesis. Antacids will not do much either, I don't know why they suggest that, maybe to make people feel safer. They will do nothing. Basically, you're taking enough to pass out ASAP. Everyone's metabolism is different and that's why people react so differently to SN. It's definitely not a sure thing to bring an easy death. It's very dependent upon the person. You could suffer with stomach pain and hypoxia whilst conscious very easily.

It honestly could be less effective. You might think you could deal with the pain but I guarantee you wouldn't. Stomach pain is one of the top complaints at A&E departments. People don't realise how bad it can get and it can get bad.
