I mean will getting a lot of money quickly with no effort, fix the problem that makes want to CTB ? Or are your problems related to mental illness and loss?

I heard somewhere that the difference between sadness and depression, is that if the first got a million dollars he would feel better while that latter wouldn't.
I mean with money you afford the best psychiatric care anywhere in the world, I know some of you probably have tried so many things that money wouldn't change things

For me, it wouldn't fix why I'm going to ctb, but it would probably push it back at least a year, maybe 2. Winning a large amount would let me focus on goals that just aren't possible without a lot of money and free time.

Yes. It all depends on how a person spend the money. Money does buy happiness, full stop. The ultimate happiness can be done with ridiculous amount of money that can be spent through reputable charity organizations. Spending your money to make a better world put smiles on your face. Bonus: you won't have to worry about needs and wants ever again.

Afterwards I would donate the entire money to charity.

No. Just make me pause to put the money to use, set it up to grow and be used for good purposes. Probably related to mental health / brain research. Money can't make me not suicidal. What could make me not suicidal, I guess, is amnesia. And then staying medicated. idk

Money would make me kill myself faster. First of all I'd move out of the basedment, this makes a bunch of methods available in the discomfort of my own home. Full suspension, trying out carotid slashing with alcohol and other medications, chugging vodka in a tub every night, just to name the ones with less prep.

The possibility of setting up inert gas comes into existence, so does travelling to places where N, SN and firearms are available for purchase.

In short, if anyone wants to kill me the best way would be to give me money.

It would delay my ctb for sure but I don't think it would stop it. Some of my problems are caused by constant pain while doing daily tasks, with money I would hire people to do those tasks which would reduce my pain. However more than half of my reasons for ctb'ing are unfixable so when the money stopped being a distraction I would most likely ctb in the end anyway

For me no. My sister is still dead..alongside my grandmother, father, brother and step-father.
and it would not cure my PTSD, ED or depression, and, people are still generally untrustworthy and probably less so if you're rich.
What it would do is to enable me to buy lots and lots of N in case I'm scammed, or in case it's intercepted by customs, and I could keep trying until I finally got it. Or I could use the money, fly to Mexico (even though I've been there before and disliked the experience), buy some N then go somewhere remote like Tristan da Cunha or the Pitcairn islands so I can enjoy my N in perfect solitude in pretty surroundings.

No amount of money will make me feel better. I simply do not like living and life itself is the problem. Money cannot change the way that I view everything. I do not want to reach old age so ctb is inevitable for me. Money cannot take away health problems. I think nothing would make me feel better at this point. Maybe I would spend that money on euthanasia.

If I won the lottery then I'd be able to move to the US and get a gun. Or I'd move somewhere alone and get the N. Either way it'd be used to find a way off this planet, and I'm not going to Mars. I wouldn't remember anything about the wealth I had or about anything that ever happened anyway, so why bother?

Having been homeschooled and transitioned into a jobless adult with no license or education it would open up a fair amount of options for me. I would be able to actually try a decent amount of things, but if I would kill myself or not depends. Money doesn't really make you happy, but gives you options for it. Which is better than I have now, at least.

In some ways yes having that financial security would be nice plus there's places and people I would like to and be able to help, but that would be done anonymously. I think winning could become a very isolating thing if you have no friends or close family already. Showing off you have money well the people that attracts aren't the people you want around.

In other ways no, money cant change or fix everything.

Yes, I would buy an animal sanctuary and save unhappy abused animals. I would have a full closet of cool work clothes and cute shit for after a hard day of petting and feeding, playing and excercising animals.

I would have an island getaway and I would farm pearls. I would have a cool personal trainer and I would be fit in my bikinis.

I would try and meet an animal rights lawyer or something...somehow that end would have to work out. I can't handle being alone...even with tons of animals.

I'm not 100 percent sure I would not think about croaking...but I'm pretty certain I would just make do with 500 million.

Very unlikely , i am financially well off and Money doesnt fix self pity , self doubt and guilt. If i do win i would give it all to my parents since they are the only reason why i havent done it.
