would using another pentobarbital that's not nembutal work?

we use pentobarbitals to euthanise animals but i've only heard of nembutal being mentioned here

would using another pentobarbital like one meant to euthanise dogs work if i used it in a high enough dose?

On this site - N - means pentobarbital regardless of the brand name.

Maybe you mean barbiturates? I'm sure other drugs would work, the problem is finding them. N is the gold standard.

You should try to get the exact drug name, and quantities that are administered to specific animals if you can. Usually it would be an amount per kg of body weight.
