I'm thinking of going to sleep tonight and tying a scarf around my neck just tight enough to make it an effort to breath. Is it possible I'll suffocate from this?

I have slept with a noose on my neck the past 3 nights its been tied to the radiator and nothing happens, you wake up if it gets to tight or you struggle to breath
