Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm still waiting for my SN to arrive.
I can't take meto due to the interactions with my normal medication, bit I do have access to Rantidine, and also Risperdone which I read had antiemetic properties. I also have access to Ablify, but I've seen nothing about it on the SN threads
For 2 nights before, I was going to take 600 mg of both Rantidine and Risperdone. Would this be enough?
Is there anything else I should do?

What about using Buccastem (Prochlorperazine) as an anti-emetic ? You can get it over the counter in the UK.
