  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I know SN is not illegal but why would someone want to bring that anywhere or why would someone want to travel with SN?

As in carry on? Absolutely not.

Checked luggage? Most likely. One can always plead ignorance, saying they were just bringing it home to cure some meat or make pickles.

Someone might be planning to ctb in another location during a last bucket list journey?

or meeting a partner somewhere to ctb with?

Checked luggage is probably fine but if it was a giant bag, I'd leave a note with it that it's curing salts and not explosive as an X-ray might make them curious that it could be explosives. They can then test it and find it's harmless.

I don't think SN is allowed on a plane. Something about it being explosive.

SN has explosive properties.
It's a pre-cursor,due to it's combustible properties or ability to ignite stuff like...paper
Never looked at it that way,so never went too far down the rabbithole of that aspect.

I've noticed that they only ship SN by freight. Due to safety hazards.
