I'm gonna say I weigh 160lbs just to be safe, would this work? My closet rods are way too weak and I don't have a ceiling fan or anything, I feel like it would snap anyway. I can't really think of any other good place besides a tree outside my house, but then strangers would see me hanging and I'm not gonna traumatize random people over my own pain. Also that's full-suspension and idk how I feel about that. I want to die in privacy. Not necessarily gonna do it, I have a bunch of other shit to take care of but I'm trying to have an exit plan for if life continues to abuse me. Someone please help. Also does anyone know any better methods? The treadmill is in the basement and idk if sitting on the treadmill wouldn't be the right height for hanging, maybe my knees would have to be off the treadmill, but the floor is dirty and gross. 😭 I guess it won't matter once I'm dead but I really don't like getting dirty. Also would it hurt? People say partial doesn't hurt but it sounds too good to be true. Maybe I'm traumatized from when I tried to strangle and suffocate myself as a kid, and when the rope was wrapped around my neck I got a very terrible feeling like my eyes were gonna pop out, something was really strange. I must've done it wrong. The feeling was so uncomfortable, that's why I ended up untying it. This wasn't hanging but I assume it's somewhat similar. But I NEVER want to feel that way again.

The age old question in here.

The answer:
Setup it up then test it.. can it hold your weight? Just put your weight on it, it will also show you if the treadmill will tip over or not

The treadmill would most likely fall over, so no
Agree

Sounds a bit risky too me. It will not work and I am scared u might simply suffer.
But 0% probability doesn't exist
After all, one day I saw one of my patient killing himself with his own feet so… might work even if it's low chance, it might fall idk
Be safe

HIS OWN FEET??? How? I don't want to try that I'm just so curious because I've never heard of such a method before. How is that even possible??? Also thanks for letting me know, I was stupid and didn't even think about the treadmill tipping over. That could cause worse problems and even if I avoid injury, I'd get caught due to the loud sound AND I might break the treadmill itself which is another disaster. I'm really sad I have to live.

He attached a cord to his foot and tied a knot around his neck. Then, by extending his leg, the slack part became taut, causing the ligature to tighten around his neck and ultimately strangling him to death. I tried to make a drawing to illustrate it.
I don't know his exact position when he did that but we found him dead on the floor. At this day I am still confused. I don't know if he stood or anything.

Seems so painful. His decision, I hope he is resting in peace

I thought it was gonna need some crazy flexibility like he somehow pressed his feet against his neck but this makes a lot more sense. You're right though it also looks very painful. I tried to strangle myself many times as a child and I always felt like my eyes were gonna pop out so I'd have to untie the knot, which is why I'm scared of trying hanging. I feel like if I fuck it up I'll get the same traumatizing feeling.
