Help Would buying just a rope from Amazon bring a wellfare check?

Can confirm that I didn't get a welfare check buying rope through Amazon.

the only way id see a welfair check coming from ordering a rope would be if you ordered a rope, and a book titled "how to tie a knot to hang yourself"
there are literally thousands of uses for ropes.

Even then they probably wouldn't notice or care.
