would overdosing on acetaminophen kill you? I've OD'd on it before as self harm, and I really did feel like I would die from 6-8 of them. would taking around 30 work? if not, how many would?

Since you've tried ODing on it you might know that acetaminophen toxicity damages the liver and is quite painful and slow. If you end up surviving, you could face further health issues so it's not recommended.

Nope, you'd need AT LEAST 200 500mg tablets to even have a CHANCE of death. Research more into different methods like inert gas, opioids and SN.

Never heard of someone using opium for CTB, do you have any information about it or did you just mean opioid?

I've taken around 200 and survived but did receive treatment. It was an awful experience. It can take many days and it will have you suffering a lot.

a massive overdose /could/ kill you, but i think unless you already have a shot liver, it's doubtful it will work. if it does, it's a long and drawn-out death...

with my own experience, my liver only really somewhat fucked out once, and that was from a chronic od event quite a few years. even than, my liver made an almost 100% recovery. sometimes aches after a big booze bender, and it always aches when i feel sickly or vomit...

imo, panadol is a great self-harm option if you want the medical attention n shit, but to ctb with it is meh and inefficient...
