Would 400g of salt kill me?

I don't know how in the world would you be able to even consume that much salt. If taken with water, it would likely just go through your digestion like a saltwater flush.

75-150 grams of sodium nitrate will kill you. There was for example a case of a woman who drank a whole bottle of soy sauce in one go and was found dead the next morning.
But the thing is, it tastes really salty. and it's hard to make yourself take so much something so salty. I've tried.
There are also causes where people have drank 3 litres of water in one go and died. But I don't know if that would be peaceful or not.

Are we talking a bag of rock salt, or like, a salt lamp? It would need to fall from a very great height to hit you on the head with enough deadly force. Even then it's a maybe.
