Would 1 kg table salt do it? that's all i have right now

Probably. But most people can't even down a serving with fries with too much salt.

Salt would kill you via dehydration, if I'm correct. So it would be a lengthy process, incredibly uncomfortable, alongside the fact that you're consuming so much salt, you would probably vomit multiple times. It's not a good way to go.

Please search the forum for methods. There's a lot of methods to pick from.

I fell asleep researching this method, and there aren't a lot of studies done on it. Salt poisoning seems to be rare, but in one case, it had a 50% fatality rate which isn't too shabby.

There's more than one case of someone dying/almost dying after drinking a lot of soy sauce.

The guy that survived was with his friends and they noticed him having seizures. He was already in a coma by the time he got to the hospital.

If alone, it's likely he would've died.

But ingestion of the salt mixture will make you crave water and I don't know how you stop yourself from drinking.

Water will quickly neutralize the effects of the salt (fuck the human body and all its built-in life saving features).

One thing that creeps me out is that brain bleeds are common with salt poisoning. Something about the brain shrinking when water leaves and swelling too quickly once water is reintroduced.

Renal failure is another side effect. But if untreated renal failure will kill you in a few weeks. That's a plus.

I could see myself trying this if everything else fails. Maybe turning off the water to my house, knowing I'll be too disoriented to stumble around outside tying to turn it back on.

here to agrees that hanging is a painless and quick method if done correctly.
i also believe that it's a fairly quick method regardless of whatever blood vessels you suffocate/crush during the hanging as you'd still lose consciousness quickly but there would be some pain/discomforted involved.

I feel that there aren't many people who could casually ingest an entire kilogram of table salt without heaving. Not to mention, the process would likely take a relatively long time and be very uncomfortable.

That's incredibly surprising actually, perhaps it might be worth researching more in that case. Although, there are other methods that are likely more effective and comfortable than salt poisoning.

There are very well likely several different methods a person could utilize to restrain themselves so that they can't access water after ingesting the mixture. The first thing that comes to mind is just hypothetically handcuffing yourself to the bed.

You will lose conscious after a few seconds if you compress the cartoids but your body will convulse with agonal breathing for up to a minute. livegore.com has numerous cases of it. Your brain will not be aware as you will not be conscious but looks and sounds horrendous. Same with partial.

It isn't always exactly easy to eat a kilogram of delicious cake, or a kilogram of really good pizza! A kilogram of salt has a significantly bigger chance of killing a human if it just hits a human on the head really hard.

I did this too, dissolved 20g salt in 50ml water. Some of it didn't even dissolve and was just lying at the bottom. I had one tiny sip and it was so disgusting that was the end of me trying the SN method.
