• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Worth

I thought about worth, and what is mine?
The value of my friendship, my character, my love...

My life...

And back to basics...

How about my kidney?
My lungs, liver, marrow if you suck me dry?
My heart?

If it beat for someone else what would be it's value?
For someone on the list, someone first in line

It pumps now, only poison, and I am rage
Nauseating, I am disgusted by the metronome clattering inside of me

What am I worth as an empty shell, meat sack, walking ghost on two legs, ALIVE?

As they say an artist finds appreciation with death, could i?

If I bleed on canvas, drain it all, could I be that artist? Could I paint a masterpiece, could I love and be loved, could I never have regrets, could I?

Could I be worth more dead?

I want to know what your thoughts are on organ donation after CTB? Anyone have plans to go in such a way that they will leave viable organs? If so, how do you think this will look?

My second question. What can you tell me about life insurance? What determines how much will be left to a beneficiary? How do I insure that it goes to the correct person (my daughter) instead of being pissed away by her mom? Suicide clauses; how do these work?

Any and all info greatly appreciated

i'd like to - especially for a quick one. can probably donate blood too. but i'm sure i've worn out the vital (heavy drinker/smoker). hate to tell you this but if insurance finds out that it was a decision by you - probably won't pay a dime.

What I've seen is that there is usually a clause (2-3 years) during which that is true. Obviously can't ask any company about that. I also thought staging to look accidental (i.e. AE asphyxiation) was a possibility.

Yeah, there's normally a couple, few year clause where they won't pay for suicide deaths. It varies by insurer. One thing you can do is go online and see if you can find the terms of a company's policies and read them there. As was said, you really can't bring up suicide with them, as that would set off red flags.

As for your daughter, I guess what matters is her age. If she is a minor, which I assume she is, the only thing you could do is set up a trust for her. If you want her to have money while she is still a minor, you'd have to have someone, a trustee, to manage her money and pay her an amount that you dictate. As long as she's a minor and in her mother's care, you really wouldn't have any say over how the money got spent because it would end up in her household, eventually, sort of like child support that can pretty much go towards anything, including utilities and food for the entire household. The other thing you could do is set up a trust that doesn't start paying until she reaches the age of majority, or even later, like the age of 21. By doing it that way, you may be able to keep the money out of the hands of her mom. Either way, this is definitely something you need to discuss with an attorney to set up properly. Of course, if there was a "trustee" involved in managing the money for your daughter, they would have to be paid (unless you had another relative or friend whom you trust and they agreed to manage it for no fee). The trustee's fee, an ongoing fee for managing the money, would come out of the trust, thereby reducing the total amount available to your daughter. That may, or may not, be a concern for you.

I don't know about life insurance, but I would think any poisonous substance used to CTB would render your organs nonviable.
