my sister gets home around 10 PM it's currently 4:29 PM and my package arrives at 5 PM. i am going to be slitting my wrist and OD on DPH and acetaminophen so will i die or at least pass out before she gets back?

Slitting wrists to bleed out is a very unreliable method. About the OD I'm not sure.

But it doesn't sound like a good time to go if everything is rushed. Fatality rate is too high.

I recommend stabbing your abdomen not cutting. Don't go for the neck either, Using a normal kitchen knife has a very low chance of success. There is seppuku/harakiri gore videos on SaSu that'll help. Cutting wrists won't help, much. I plan to do mine soon and I have at least 8+ hours and locked myself away from any EMS for 5+ hours
