I haven't got a welfare check but my anxiety is telling me I'm going to get one while I CTB. I seen some posts saying they got their welfare check at 1am at which point I should be unconscious, but it won't be long enough to ensure success if someone was to find me. What I'm worried about is me not answering the door and then knocking into my neighbours who happen to be relatives of mine. I foresee a situation of them opening my door and finding me, ending up in hospital, grippy sock jail etc. My question is would they knock into neighbours that late at night? I've seen a post saying police were talking to neighbours when they got no answer. Does anyone know how that works?

I didn't get my welfare check until 10am this morning.
I don't think they'd knock on a neighbours door during the night but they may come back later and knock if they got no response from you.
The chances that they'll knock whilst you CTB are low but I completely understand your anxiety.
I was taken to hospital for SN but not sent to a psych unit.
It's like you'd rather get the welfare check over and done with now so you know they won't come back!

I don't know that they would wake up neighbors for a welfare check, if they happen to notice a light on, they might tap on their door.

Probably at that time of night, they would only wake them up is if the neighbors lives may be in danger... Fire, chemical, unknown dangerous substance, etc...

Typically, a welfare check would happen when no one has been able to contact you for a day or more, and they notify police.

Make some phone calls or send text messages that specific day, that way no one will need to call police that night. Don't give them a reason to have a welfare check done.

no I'm in Ireland but considering how close it is and interpol being involved I feel it's only a matter of time

That's exactly how I feel. I want it to happen now before I attempt. My past experience with the police is being sectioned so I have a lot of PTSD from that and I can only imagine it happening again if I'm caught in the middle of it.

Can you rent a hotel room?
No I can't. I don't leave the house so my family would be very suspicious. I have a small time window when I can attempt. My anxiety is just running wild tbh.
