Worried about N not working

I don't have access to N, but if I did, what I'd do is take it in the woods. That way if I'm in a coma, I will still die from dehydration and the elements after a few days.

This was my thought but My fear of this is some creepy canibals take me into a hut and I'll go,it and and nobody would know. But of course that's my mind going into the worst add scenarios I guess
