Wondering about protocol

How important do you think the protocol is?
After all the times I've looked at it I still can't retain the info. Sucks I have no benzos. Or anything to help me chill.
I don't have meto but I have zofran. I had asked if that mattered before but no one responded.
Anyone else just considering raw dogging it?

I rawdogged it. Didn't follow protocol at all. No benzos or AE, nothing. Just me, a lemon fanta bottle, and 7g of SN in it with police and paramedics right outside my door. I had a cardiac arrest once I got to the hospital and was basically dead for 25 minutes while they did CPR. They could have called my death at any minute, but they didn't for some reason.

I just reread your medical records post and comments. I've read it a few times. Retaining information has been hard for me the past year. How painful do you think it would have been if you hadnt sought medical treatmentq?
It seems like you were concious for a while. I was under the impression that people went unconscious within a few minutes.
I'm just so scared about what I'm going to feel.
I'm assuming vomiting for sure. What I've read about methemoglobinemia sounds quite terrible.
I guess I'm assuming there's probably going to be some seizures

I don't think it would of been painful at all. My brain lost oxygen so fast that I just ended up confused, and while my body was conscious, my mind definitely wasn't there.

I definitely shouldn't have been reading an autopsy report... I zoned out stopped reading it but was still scrolling, didn't expect there to be pictures.. photos like that used to bother me a bit less before being actively suicidal, like crime scene photos. I don't know, I wish they didn't have to do an autopsy. I wish you could just leave a note saying I killed myself. Leave my clothes on leave my body alone and just heave me into the ground.
