Yup. I'll probably be active here leading up to the days of me catching the bus. I'd like to share my thought process before I go and also ask for tips because I really don't want to fail an attempt.

I will be leaving a note for my loved ones… I have been working on the note for awhile now. My mom committed suicide and I know what questions were left unanswered for me from her note so I am trying to do this very carefully to cause as little harm as I possibly can to my loved ones

There's a few people I would tell right beforehand, actually 1 person that I would expect to tell the other because without that confirmation there'd be no way for either of them to know, I want them to, and I want it to be a pain to them very much so.

I have a suicide note and the subject of a previous suicide. I was going to hang myself 6 months ago. The note says, "I am sorry." It is kept in my drawer until now.

If I had a reliable method plan that I felt confident in I wouldn't have any use for this site, I wouldn't be near it and anyway strangers wouldn't need to know that my unnecessary and insignificant existence is coming to an end. Death is the most normal thing after all.
But I would write some kind of note to those I know in real life explaning how death is what I wanted as it's the prevention of all future suffering.

No because there's nobody to read it anyway. It'll be a long time before anyone notices I'm gone, if ever. That's certainly true with my 'family'. My phone never rings. Once you get sick people tend to forget you exist. I just want to be gone. Existing is unbearable.

I already made goodbye voice messages for the people I care the most. One is 20 minutes long. It's kinda a strange feeling though that I'm still here and on my phone there are already my goodbye notes..

I don't think I care enough to do that. I don't really want to be thinking about anyone else when I CTB. I honestly am apathetic towards having a suicide note or message of any kind because idk, if it fails, then I'm exposed and people know stuff and I'm still alive. It's too much of a risk for me...

In fairness it could be exactly why they're so vocal here, lacking that outlet among immediate family/friends
