I use to do this on a weekly basis. I'd drink a bottle of wine, take benzos and cut deep. I'd get several hundred stitches at a time. I've come close to bleeding out twice, but man it was hard

Probably 0 chance. I tried that and spent a week in a psych ward. Pills won't do it.

If I recall correctly, Zoloft is not a benzo. It's an SSRI. This will not help you. At best, it puts you at risk for Serotonin Syndrome. But, that usually requires a lot of different things that mess with your body using serotonin (like at. John's Wort).

last time i tried to kill myself, i planned it like a week before hand and my anxiety/survival instinct was way too bad. the day i was planning on doing it i had constant panic attacks and i had insufferable anxiety for weeks afterwards. i think ill only ever be able to do it impulsively, and something like sn i would have to order it and then i only have a 3 day window to do it, which was the problem before. ideally i could pick up the sn and just keep it for when i wanted to do it impulsively but that is not a possibility. i have to do it with whatever i have here in my house. also now i want to do it tonight because i am being shipped off to a strict inpatient program against my will, and id much rather die tonight than go there.
