By my calculations i would need to buy the mask, a manometer and gas, so for the gas my math is:

I need a flow of 10L/min - 15L/min for 40min, so...
400L-600L that /1000(for m³) = 0,4m³ - 0,6m³ | 0,01m³/min - 0,015m³/min
So i will need a 20m³ (with +30% to be sure) cylinder of H² on a flow rate of 0,01m²/min - 0,015m³/min

For the manometer i need to know what he need to do.

And last for the mask i need to know if this one will do the job properly:

it wont, a good amount of the inert gas will escape so it wont be as effective. i considered using a mask before too, but i found out that it's not as reliable as an actual exit bag, which is what i will be using & what's usually recommended. i suggest taking a look at the inert gas megathread for more info.

I see, well I read the megathread and the mask manual. They say on the specs that one of the proposes is to not scape the gas. To be sure, I will talk to the sellers and ask them how much it scapes or if they have any suggestions. And correct me if I'm wrong but the body don't detect low oxygen but high CO² and if you reinhale your own CO² you will feel the suffocation feeling so just a bag in your head will make you feel soffocated. No?

In case the exit bag is very tight or completely taped shut around your neck and has no way for the CO² to escape, then yes you will be re-inhaling the CO². But with the exit bag method detailed in the megathread, your goal is not for the bag to create a seal, but to create a snug fit around your neck (enough to fit your fingers under) so that the hose can go into the bag, and the CO² you exhale can pass out of the bag without losing too much of the inert gas.

And even if you do re-inhale your own CO² later, that should not be a concern as you will have already passed out from the inert gas. Once you're passed out, the "Hypercapnic Response" (otherwise known as gasping for air after being deprived of oxygen for a while) is not triggered because your body will be unconscious. So once you pass out, you wont be waking up again.

I see, that ks for the advise, how about the manometer, do you have any advises?

I dont. but you could ask around, someone might know about manometers.
Good luck with whatever you decide to go through with <3
