Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So i was planning to do full suspension hanging today. I was using 10mm diameter polypropylene rope with noose knot and pull up bar as an anchor point with snuggle hitch knot. Since im pretty high, i discovered that even when noose tied at the same height as pull up bar, my feet still slightly touching ground (not completely but only fingers) when i fully stepped of chair. so i thought if i pass out, i will spasm and noose will be easily released. This made me doubt the reliability of my setup. May i modify my setup somehow, or im just being too nervous?

When i tried first, like in 10 seconds i felt tingling in legs and arms, then SI kicked in and i jumped out of noose. Was i close to pass out?

Im still little afraid when doing it, seeking on any advices to make it easier for me to do it mentally.

P.S. English is not my main language, sorry
