Take 5mg valium, all I have and hopefully relax me as I do have some proper stomach sickness due to SI, but desperate to go

Take 1000mg paracetamol before mixing and drinking SN

45 minutes before drinking SN3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)

Propanol 120mg

Drink SN, have 3 cups mixed up just in case I'm sick


I live in huge house with old grand parent, but I'll lock myself in the cellar and hopefully he won't hear anything or get suspicious about it.

Will attempt to do it around 1am

If you keep it sealed in a cool, dark place (mostly away from sunlight), it should be fine. I would hide good it if you can but also label it as poison. You do not want someone coming across it and opening it not knowing what it is.
