If you place the noose around the neck as high as possible right before full suspension hanging, will this always result in sufficient occlusion of the carotid arteries?
Well kinda hard to say i think the only way you could fuck up is by using the wrong type of knot and placing it too low while its too tight to go higher. If you place a self constricting knot high up with the knot placed at the back centre then you should be good. There is some more to it but if you mess anything else up the result would just be it taking longer to pass out so youd be in pain longer
