Will fentanyl knock you out enough to drown?

If someone took let's say 3g boofed, do you think you would pass out and drown over a body of water, or will you come back into consciousness before drowning/face hits water? Or worst you drown without being able to fight it

If you took that much fentanyl without tolerance, you'd probably die. Don't mess around with also trying to drown.

Um.... 3 grams of strait F will kill you, regardless of a body of water
If it's mixed or cut though, all bets are off, cause who knows what you've actually got
