Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have diagnosed Hashimoto's, so I have access to levothyroxine. There's barely any info about levo overdose online, only two reports about attempted suicide. Nothing about a successful one.

Can I reliably kill myself with levo?

I need to be absolutely certain I'll die, waking up in hospital is my nightmare. I have a severe social phobia.

Thank you.

Don't waste you're time trying. OD on pills are very difficult. If you want to OD on pills then you need a medication that will slow down your heart rate, and respiration tremendously to induce death. I doubt synthroid will work. I'm sorry.

In general OD is considered a non method and is very unreliable. No wonder you can not find a report of successful attempts. OD's usually cause a lot of suffering for a long time with high chances someone will find you and you will reach ER where they will "save you".
I suggest you read this:

Im on levothyroxine & was prescribed a dosage that was way to high. It felt terrible!!!
I'm sure that too much can kill but the odds of failure are 86% so not worth it & the symptoms are horrendous!. It can easily damage organs & leave you disabled & suffering more.🤗🤗💔
