Wiki PPH has bad email addresses....

I recommend people avoid using the Dec 2019 PPH on the wiki.
It contains invalid email addresses for "A" and "D"

correct addresses :
A : alejan<etc>
D : d<something>z@<something> ( but avoid D since he's not reliable )

bad addresses in wiki version :
A : alejen<etc> "a" before "n" changed to "e"
D : d<something>s@<something> "z" before "@" changed to "s"

In general, please also be wary of anybody offering to sell anything on this forum....

I would also suggest being wary of anyone who directs you to access the wiki PPH version.

Anyone who checks my PPH upload against the official online PPH will see that it contains the correct details.
If anyone has remaining doubts, I could provide a temporary PPH login to verify, if needed.

Be cautious of anything that can be publicly edited, like the wiki (unless you know for certain there are controls in place, managed by well respected and trusted individuals).

@jgm63 tells the truth. I downloaded the book from suicide wiki (mega.nz) on Monday, 23rd 12:13 Greenwich and the emails there are okay. So they were changed recently.

I haven't verified this info, but some member claim there is a 3 IP lock in place (to purposedely avoid mass sharing) ?

I bought the book couple of days ago, all I could find is A.
It's extremely annoying to read the book in their safe version

Yes, D was removed, presumably due to unreliability.
The last edition in which D was listed was Dec 2019.

Weird, the one i downloaded 3/16 seems to have the wrong email for just D, unless I've mistaken it (has the "s" at the end) Must be ongoing, super unfortunate.

The wiki Dec PPH version seems to have been "put back" to the correct version.
My guess is this was done by the person who uploaded the bad version, after seeing the posts here...

Reminder : Avoid documents and links that can be edited, such as those on the wiki.
Avoid documents from file upload sites that allow later editing of a document at any given URL.
So avoid upload sites such as "mega" or google docs, etc.

My PPH is uploaded to anonfile, which is a read-only upload that can't be edited or re-uploaded to the same URL.
Another acceptable upload site is gofile.io (and I'm sure there are many others).

And be very suspicious of anyone claiming to have a product available for sale....

Yes....
In my notes on that thread, I encourage people to check the "last edited" timestamp on posts....
If the edit timestamp is two days or more later than the original post, then someone might have changed the link, which could be used to introduce malicious edits to the document.
The reason for the "two days" rule is that some initial editing is acceptable, and that might cross over midnight, so you can have a last edited date 1 day later than the original post date.

Example : If a post were dated 28 July 2019, but the last edit were dated 30 July 2019 or 16 Aug 2019, etc, then that is suspicious.
So mods should be wary of anyone asking if they can "edit an old post" that contains a resource link.

Also, people should wait until the "edit window" (currently 6 hours I believe) is closed before doing any "initial checks" on a posted document link, when building "initial confidence" in the document's validity.....
